Italian vase - maker?

The second is more of maybe a translation? I have sorted out that the bottom is "ITALY" I just have no idea if the top are words or numbers or a combination of both?

It's traditional ware, made in the latter half of the 20thC as tourist ware. It might be from Deruta, but a lot of manufacturer's records were lost in the 1990s so unless it's by a famous name the best we can usually hope for is to narrow it down to the region where it was made.
