Antique hand blown, hand painted enamel liquor Set A

This decanter, platter, and glass were owned by my mom since late 1950s.  She always told me it was at least 200 years old.  She was in the Netherlands when she acquired it.  She may have mentioned it came from France but I can't be sure.

The decanter is less than 12 inches in height.  The glass is full of bubbles and the bottom has that mark indicating hand blown.  Hand-painted daisy design.
