The carp design is typical of Chinese pottery, although this dish looks more Japanese

Design looks like. “Hi see” koi carp type pieces.
Meant to say Chinese type.
But I’d be surprised if it wasn’t British or maybe European.
But you’re so very often right Naomi. Usually even!
