Set of wheel thrown dessert plates and one dinner plate - JF mark?
Thanks in advance for helping identify these plates. I purchased them in Northern California, near Sacramento (Lincoln, CA to be exact). They are wheel thrown with what I believe is initials on the back of each. I think they are signed using some kind of oxide. I turned the plates in the direction I think the initials go and it looks like jf or maybe a lowercase df? I’m not 100% sure it’s the right orientation, but that’s what made the most sense based on all the variations across the 7 plates.
The abstract glaze has a bit of a sheen to it that may indicate a soda or wood firing, though I’m not totally sure about that. The clay body is fairly sandy looking.
Any ideas would be super appreciated. There is one person on Chairish selling the same large plate who says it’s attributed to JT Abernathy, but I believe that is incorrect as these don’t look like his style or signature at all.

I’m afraid most of us are based in the U.K. so we’re not familiar with most US marks
