Unusual Bowl Signed - Phyllis Dupuy

Found in a box of bits this bowl is paper thin and rings almost like glass when flicked on the edge
It looks to have taken ages to decorate with a load of colors and has a pleasing shape. The base
has a small foot which is inscribed Dupuy ??? Bowl measures 7" x 2.5" Any ideas what it might be.
