Help identify this piece. Fratelli Fanciullacci? Empty Help identify this piece. Fratelli Fanciullacci?

i recently found this piece in a thrift store.  In an online website someone claimed it was "Vintage Fratelli Fanciullacci", but it isn't signed on the base.  Someone suggested that it's "attribution" to FF was a bunch of hype.  I'm curious if there are other opinions out there.

15" tall.
