I think perhaps slip moulded.
I think lines are incised and then v blue glazed over top
No mark, just a number label.

Is that a price ticket? 12 shillings and sixpence in old money. 62.5 pence..... If so, that would make it pre-decimalisation in 1972. The design looks a bit 50's/60's.

I think you might be right. Well done. I wasn’t sure if it was an older bowl or not and I just presumed it was a number not a price.

It might be an exhibition sticker
