Is this a Baccarat decanter?

I found this at a friends thrift shop the other day. I tend to avoid buying glassware, but this caught my eye and a google lens search returned some promising results. At the moment there's a listing on eBay with a pair of decanters which look just like this one, but I'd like some other thoughts and opinions before assuming it's a Baccarat. Also the style seems to match the Baccarat Nonancourt design.
