Axminster Pottery, Impressed NH Mark Empty Axminster Pottery, Impressed NH Mark

Looks like Nick Hillyard's decorative style on earthenware, impressed Axminster, but with an impressed PE, not NH.
Any ideas gratefully received?

If you turn it 90 degrees it's NH
