Any help identifying this pottery goblet would be most welcome. The mark on the base is another mystery to me. Many thanks

The mark looks like a pair of scissors, a cross, and the date 2008 (plus a firing crack through it or a bit of glaze ). Sorry, not a mark I've come across before
