Blue Yellow & Red Jug with Lotus & Swallow - Alpha Omega Mark - Ken Cameron
I bought this lovely hand painted jug the other day and I'm interested to know where and when it's from. I haven't had any luck with the mark which looks like a combined Alpha Omega symbol in a square. The decoration feels like it could either be 20s - 30s Clarice Cliff era or quite modern! The design features a star, a lotus, a stylised swallow and other floral / leaf shapes in blue, yellow and red on a cream background.
It's 6.5in / 16cm tall and has a good weight to it.
Thanks in advance for any help

Amazing, thanks for your quick response. So it's a crucible not an omega! Seems to be in quite a different style from most of his other work I can find, but there's a similar design lidded pot on ebay just now with his mark.

Yes, very different style, although there are other brightly coloured pots of his online so it’s either his early or his late work
