Coloured Spots on Green-yellow Glass Vase – Please ID

Hi all, thank you for looking, I would greatly appreciate any help identifying this.

It has manufacturing imperfections (asymmetric neck, impurities), polished pontil and fire polished finish.
Height 17 cm, diameter 18 cm, weight 1.4 kg (H 6.7 in, D 7.1 in, weight 3.1 lbs)
I bought it as Bohemian art nouveau but I cannot find anything similar to this.
