Mottled Blue Empty Mottled Blue

Mottled blue vase is 9-1/2" tall and 3" square at top.Unusual backstamp.  Found in the wild in Wallingford, CT  USA.  Anyone recognize maker?  Some have suggested possibly German?Mottled Blue 20240510
