Sugar or flower sifter with sun or snowflake mark? Empty Sugar or flower sifter with sun or snowflake mark?

Any ideas about this mark appreciated

About 6" tall with impressed mark.

A hole in the base for a cork which is rattling around inside

It looks very similar to the Marc Fraser mark. but he usually uses to with a separate M as well. He pots in the Buckinghamshire area
