Unmarked plate Empty Unmarked plate

Hi. Can anyone identify this plate? I bought it at a church sale in Upstate NY. The tag on it said that it is earthenware from Pennsylvania and that it is slip-decorated but I'm wondering if it's French. It is 9 inches (~23 cm) in diameter. Thanks in advance for any help.Unmarked plate Potter10

Looks like Yellowware slipware from the USA. Pennsylvania Dutch would be my guess
