RH mark - Rowland Hill Empty RH mark - Rowland Hill

Had this vase many years but only recently spotted a potters ark and now would like to know who it was. Any ideas?
looks like RH or maybe HR

Turns out, thru looking him up, he lived most of his life in Exeter where i live so its very local to me. Not seen his work before so wonder how prolific he was.
Like i said used it, as it should be, as a vase for flowers for decades and still will. Only now it means more being a lovely local studio piece.
