STRIPED GLASS VASE SIGNED FIRST NAME MATTHEW? SURNAME STORR?? Empty STRIPED GLASS VASE SIGNED FIRST NAME MATTHEW? SURNAME STORR??

This is a pink and white striped vase which is signed but hard to read - the first name looks to end with a W perhaps Matthew? the surname looks to start ST or SH - perhaps Storr? or Shaw? can anyone please help me identify the artist?
