Is this a Wedgwood Teapot???? Empty Is this a Wedgwood Teapot????

Bought at my local car-boot sale on Sunday fairly cheap and cheerful but has no markings on it what so ever
this kind of pottery usually is marked Wedgwood quite clearly but this one is not? Would anyone be able to help
out at all with regards to its maker please thanks for looking...

As you say, generally marked, not sure if other people did them though.

It would be classed as "Black basalt" which might help in a search.
