Unusual Jug looks like Wedgwood but unusually marked???

This jug appears to be Wedgwood type but is marked with an unusual mark that is
115 on a blue pad on the base middle. The color is also a bit rare when it comes
to Wedgwood i think that it sometimes is known as Reverse as the blue is on white
as it is normally the opposite. Would anyone recognize the mark i cannot find out
much on it at all thanks for looking.

I immediately thought of Hansel and Gretel, and now it won't go away.
