Is this Japanese Kutani ??? Empty Is this Japanese Kutani ???

I have this cup and saucer that look like they are a mismatched pair. The saucer has a mark and part of it looks like it might be Kutani. The cup has four feet and an unusual looking handle, but no obvious backstamp or mark. Any information would be greatly appreciated.

The saucer at least looks right for Kutani.
