Unusual Tortoisehell vase, CV mark - Charles Vyse
Found this little piece of pottery in a small secondhand shop recently it seemed to look
good quality to me a bit like Royal Copenhagen Crackle pieces i have bought in the
past from memory anyway. Would anyone have any ideas who or when it might have
been made thank you for looking it only measures 16.5 cm tall thanks

It's possible it's by Charles Vyse. The CV impressed is a recorded mark,
and he was well known for glaze effects like this.
