Morning members,
Bought recently in Shropshire I was struck by the fluting and the top but it isn’t marked and I don’t have any clues.
33 cm tall
23 cm diameter at its widest point

The first Leach style potter that comes to mind in Shropshire is Mark Griffiths. Who lives in the county. Prolific and superb.
