Unusual bluey green globe vase - Aviemore Pottery

Picked this piece up from a second hand shop as i liked the design it reminded me of Troika pieces
in some ways i noticed the base had white clay type of pottery and it has the remnants of what looked
like an ink mark a circle on the bottom like Rye or Cinque Ports possibly i would love to know if it is
or something completely different ?? Thanks for looking at it again..
