Blue and Green handpainted lidded bowl signed PM or PCM mark

Does anyone recognise this mark? The pot has the ‘feel’ of Honiton and Poole pottery where it’s not painted. I’m not totally convinced the lid is right as it doesn’t fit very well. But it’s obviously from the same set. It is painted in blue  and green with either PM or PCM. Approx 6.5 cm high aqnd 11.5 cm at widest point.  I got it in a charity shop in Herts. Thank you
