Andrew Russell, APR mark Empty Sc or Fc mark on studio teapot - Andrew Russell

I’d very much like some help identifying the maker of this rather lovely teapot I picked up. It appears to be making Jed Sc on the base. No other marks. 
It’s just over 6 inches at the belly and is 3 3/4 inches in height. 

I’ve found nothing close on bispm and nothing in Bspm.

I’ve come across the mark several times but still a mystery. This example has a Church mark, so possibly a monastery or abbey pottery

Possibly made at St Martin's Priory in Richmond, Yorkshire. I've come across a similar Sc mark on Andrew Russell's work. He was based in Richmond, Yorkshire, possibly in the 80s, so there may be a link

Ahhh, I’ve found a teapot that’s identical on an auction site marked apr… maybe an earlier mark of his. There’s very Iittle info around it seems.
