Salt glazed bowl, Jane Hamlyn? Empty Salt glazed bowl, Jane Hamlyn?

Jane Hamlyn ? Bowl
Shape, decoration, glaze, wired base all suggest Jane Hamlyn but no mark.
Just forgot to mark it?

Not one of hers, imo. There are some salt glaze potters who don’t mark their work but I can’t think of their names atm

I haven’t found a bowl by her in the same shape, but she did use that triangle dots decoration; I missed the decoration the first time

It might well be a Jane Hamlyn bowl. But it is it .looks to be quite an early one. The salt glazing is a little less confident. The shape is unusual. She was a very commercial potter. Just suck it and see on Ebay. The market for for her early pieces has always been quite buoyant.

Thanks Naomi and Phil . I’ll give it a go. It came in with earlier Ruthanne Tudball bits so probably of that era.
