Old German 10” Vase Empty Old German 10” Vase

Found this in West Virginia.
The 83 is impressed under the glaze
Germany in tiny letters impressed in the bottom edge.
I’m guessing the art deco style is either late 20th century or the 1920 before the NS came into power
