A photo of the underneath with the the Wedgewood mark would help to identify the age. It looks like some sort of Royal occasion piece. Wedgewood did loads of this sort of small little tray, dishes and plaques. Often for the tourist trade. Not much is demand nowadays tho!

Maybe it was sold in the Houses of Parliament shop, Westminster

Thanks that’s interesting. Never been to House of Parliament, no idea they had a shop.
