I have just bought this beautiful studio pottery bowl but it only has a pottery mark. Does anyone recognise it please. Thanks. Chris.

Looks a bit like Colin Kellam’s mark

It is similar but Colin’s mark is quite angular. This mark is more rounded. I was thinking it might be initials WM but not sure. Also, it may be an East Anglian potter as it was part of a collection made up of Norfolk and Suffolk potters.

Isabel K Denyer is the only other one I know with a KK mark, but she doesn't have the dot in the middle

It looks like Colin Kellam mark and pattern is v similar to designs I’ve seen of his before. Nice.

It does look like a Colin Kellam piece. He is better known for his animals and wall plates in a very clear colour design made in large quantities. But when he first started he worked with Marianne De Trey at shinner's bridge. Where the style was very different.
