I've always thought there was something wrong with this being considered Celtic Pottery, but had nothing 'solid' to back it up - so stayed quiet.
But looking through the Cinque Ports thread, I found this. Which is the same colours and a very similar design.
A bell made no sense for Celtic Pottery, but with Cinque Ports being at the MONASTERY, a bell makes perfect sense.
So it is my 'belief' that this bell is actually by Cinque Ports, Rye. Not Celtic.
If anyone disagrees, please feel to say so - I could be wrong.

Yeh, it's been up for sale since Dan first posted that pic, year and half ago. It's not sold, perhaps because others like me don't think it's Celtic. I'm guessing they've just assumed it was Celtic because the colours are 'similar'.
