unmarked Charger with leaf decoration

Can anyone help with identifying the potter of this Charger - it is 15 inches diameter and no apparent marks on the base unless the indentations in the close-up amount to a mark or signature?.

It doesn't appear to be marked. Not a decoration I recognise

Is that an indented centre? If so, it looks very much as though it is part of a set. A base for something else with a round base to be put upon it. Maybe part of a grand dinner set?

I suspect it had a planter or jug in the middle
