Does anyone know anything about Nantwich pottery?
Hi everyone, I found this salt pig in a Glasgow charity shop but I couldn't find any information online so I was hoping someone here might be able to shed some light on it's date etc. It's probably about 10/12' tall or thereabouts, I forgot to measure it when taking the photos and I don't have it to hand. Thanks in advance

The potter Peter Clough was at Nantwich Pottery 1972-84. He used personal marks. But he may well have used a sole pottery mark as well. He generally produced domestic ware in those days. Stylistically speaking it looks straight out of the 1970's period.
