If those are wrestling Greek figures then it quite probably it might well be a Tourist souvenir. Or a similar piece of Olympic souvenir?

The Athens Olympics were in 2004. Those figures are exactly the sort of original ancient Greek Olympics figure that would have been used for tourist ware for those games.
