Anyone recognise this signature/maker?

I'm guessing its from c.1950s

Is that word a fancy script imitation of Noritake?

Do they normally sign like that? Also all the Noritake stuff I've seen is of a far superior quality to this.
I was thinking it was maybe Vorn..... and the writing looks a bit French in style, to my untrained eye.

It's signed like a hobbyist, but no more come up in an image search, maybe because of the color choices.
