According the the second edition of The Dictionary of British Studio Pottery Marks, Kenneth B. Blezard worked in Singapore in 1972-4, Clapton Somerset in 1976, Haya Arts Centre, Amman Jordan in 1976-1982 and at Mullion from 1990.
This indicates that he must be the same person as the radio engineer Kenneth Brian Blezard (born 1929) whose biography is given in the link below, who was in Singapore and Jordan (working for the UK Overseas Development Administration) during this period. Presumably he only took up potting full time at Mullion after retiring from engineering.

Ken also ran the Kay Pottery 1960s - 1974 Mullion Cornwall, where he originally started marketing his pottery in 1974. Early pieces were known as "Kay Pottery" followed by "K Pottery". Current work reflects the years spent studying master potters from around the world. Ken's latest is being branded as "Coral Ware" and is his own development on the long forgotten "Mocha Ware". Your pot I do believe is from the Kay Pottery. https://www.20thcenturyforum.com/t20191-ken-blezard-kay-pottery-mullion-cornwall-1960s-74
