Possibly just an unknown studio potter but it's so wonderfully made and beautifully decorative.  Mark appears to be cb

Its a silver jubilee Mug. Vast numbers of these were made. Even by ordinary potters. Quite difficult identify any individual. As this one looks sylistically quite ordinary.
