A well made bowl, 8.5 in dia. Mark is glazed over so I've drawn it.

If you could post an actual close up picture of the original mark whether it's difficult to see or not would be good Happy

Yes, you are correct thanks. Thought I'd seen it somewhere before. It is in the book,
but it says a painted mark, rather than impressed. I see now it's really a cryptic "JM".
It's actually fine white stoneware, rather than porcelain.
Funny we don't seem to have a thread for him. Cheers.
