Pulled lobe glass bowl, Czech? Empty Pulled lobe glass bowl, Czech?

Piece is approx. 8-1/2" across and 2-1/2" high.  Unmarked on the base. Czech?  Anyone recognize maker?  Found in the wild in Wallingford, CT USA.
