Any thoughts on this piece?

I found it in a thrift store. I see regular triangle shaped ashtrays online, some Daum, Orefors. This piece is unmarked, about 7" x 4", with a flat polished base. The walls are about 3/4" thick. It weighs 20 oz. I'm guessing it's crystal, but can't be sure. No marks. It shows a little green tint with a UV light.

Helps to have a photo of the base to check if it's polished or molded

Is that an inscribed mark on the side? Or just an optical illusion?
