Very difficult to date because it's still being made in the traditional style, but the marks on the base, and label, are more likely to date it from the second half of the 20thC

The Iran on the label suggests it might well have been made since the Iranian revolution in 1979. In Western countries it was often known as Persia before then. The basic decoration looks a bit crude to be honest.

But in real life, they probably used a name that would be identified by foreign customers. The very label itself indicates it was made for a foreign market. Iran was under British /Soviet occupation in WW2 until It was then strongly influenced by the USA in the cold war. It would still probably have been known as Persia in The US.
Equally of course the name Persia sounded a lot more romantic and redolent of history. Hated by the modern Islamic republic of course!
