Not sure if this shape of dish has a name but if anyone can throw and knowledge my way about the dual mark seen in the photos.

I can't help with the marks, however the shape is I believe commonly referred to as a "tazza".

A shallow ornamental dish or cup on a stemmed foot. Tazzas were generally made for drinking, for displaying fruit or sweetmeats, and as purely decorative objects. Usually glass but not exclusively.
