DEVONMOOR Small Pottery Jug Signed D Hall? Empty DEVONMOOR Small Pottery Jug Signed D Hall?

Small Devonmoor Art pottery moulded jug, signed with what looks like D Hall. The marks are a little smudged but managed to pull out DEVONMOOR MADE IN ENGLAND. Possibly an early piece?

I think it's a later piece, with the semi-matt glaze and printed mark.
The the decoration over the glaze? Might have been painted afterwards.

If so, it's a vast improvement over the plain white glaze and does look over painted after, but done well.
