JF mark, found in USA - Joan Faithful? Empty JF mark, found in USA - Joan Faithful?

I am hoping to find some information on this set. The mark is very close to the one for Joan Faithful. Can someone confirm?

Moved to ID My Pottery. I'm not seeing the dot that is usually part of her stamp.

The stamp is very like my mum's, but the pots look nothing like any of her known pots, and the handle doesn't look like anything she would have made. I'm almost certain it's not hers. I'd look for another JF potter. Very interesting to see this stamp though: I've never some across such a similar stamp before!
