Small glazed bowl brushwork, French? Spanish?

Can anyone help with this bowl. 3 inches high, 5 diameter.

It is very difficult to identify studio pottery by style alone. Even more so on smaller pieces. Very good, confident decoration. Its a nice looking piece.
