tiled hardwood coffee table

I picked this tiled table up for a fiver, hardwood frame and hand-painted tiles
A bit earlier than my usual buys and more traditional so any input will be a great help

Wouldn't surprise me if it's Danish. I have had so many Danish tiled tables.
However a pic of the underneath, particularly showing how the legs are attatched,
might give some clues.

Thanks DD, I can only see one pin per leg so assume it is glued and screwed to the ply from above, prior to the tiles being applied

Hmm not exactly what I was expecting. The rather haphazard arrangement of
the tiles makes me think it could even be a home-made table.

The ply was not in keeping with the rest so possibly Frankenstein furniture
