I wonder if anyone can help identify this vase please that I have inherited. I am very ignorant in these matters and other than oriental I have no idea what this is or even if the images are upside down. Thank you for your patience!

I think it's 20thC Japanese Kutani ware, assuming it's porcelain. If it's earthenware then it would be Satsuma ware

The top two marks are the standard Kutani marks.
