HELLO ALL!

Here is a lovely modernist style GERMANY lamp, probably circa 1920s,
Werkstatte style, glazed ceramic/earthenware.
The lamp is 7 inches/18cm tall (not including metal lamp fixture)
It has several impressed marks underneath including:
"MADE IN GERMANY", a crescent moon, an "R" with a crown form above,
and several others. It is clearly well made.

Can ANYONE identify this lamp? Much appreciation!!!

This is the first time I have used this site, I had trouble with the photo upload,
but if they are not displaying, follow the link to the web host!
THANKS!!!!

I think the marks should give you enough of a clue to research Julius, can you make out the name ending in 'PETR'?

Yes, I think it says PETR, but that has not helped me much...
I have tried Marks/Monograms of the Modern movement, Austrian German Keramik books,
and online searches etc. Nothing yet, although the quality strikes me as very good,
ie., a "vetted" maker. And it certainly is consistent with other examples from the period...
Any ideas or recommendations as to where I might turn?
THANKS!
