Kosta Boda - Bertil Vallien & Ulrica Hydman-Vallien designs

Since Bertil and Ulrica were married it makes sense to post their Kosta Boda designs in one thread (even though they designed individually).

Anyway, let's start off with an 'Open Minds' vase designed in 1987 by Ulrica Hydman-Vallien for Kosta Boda.

Here's a tiny little bud vase designed by Bertil Vallien (fully signed) - not sure of the design date but would presume it's sometime from the mid-80s onward (if anyone knows more info about this vase please post in this thread).

When we first got it we presumed it was a perfume bottle missing it's stopper - however a Swedish glass specialist assures me that it didn't have a stopper and is in fact a tiny vase.

Huge 'Don Juan' series sculpture (ostensibly it's a vase, but it would be impossible to actually use it), model 49952, by Ulrica Hydman-Vallien - designed 1999.

It comes in at a whopping 47cm / 18.5" tall...

19cm Zebra vase, signed to base.

I bought this from Illums Bolighus in Copenhagen in 1986, I remember looking through a whole shelf of them, looking for the best signed one.
