What a great thread - videos and all, really enjoyed looking through it. Thought I'd post a few more pics of his earlier production wares. I think it's really interesting seeing how the surface finishes he used developed into the wonderful stuff he makes now (and which I can't afford!).

Yup , Robin has come a long way since designing for Wedgwood, Midwinter and Denby and making standard ware type pots , all for the better , terrific artist so he is .

The mark is a plain impressed ROBIN WELCH in small capitals in a straight line.Not as on the jolleyed work.The Fournier nook has a similar mark used for one-offs 1985-95,
