brown orange green swirls - Bay, West Germany
Hi all I am very new to pottery and was wondering if anyone could help me ID this plate? It is glazed, is about 25cm wide and has a pattern of swirls going into the centre that are browny-purple, orange, cream and a little bit of light green. It's kind of shaped and has 3 little feet. It has a mark on the bottom that I cannot decipher, looks like a short word first ending in a y and then another line underneath that looks like numbers starting with a 190 (i think, so hard to read). If I am in the completely wrong forum please let me know, this plate has me baffled! Cheers, Jen
